Janice Titherley
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT-7611)
Janice holds an MS degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Idaho (LMFT-7611) and California (LMFT-32486). She has a wide variety of experience over the last 30 years, including work with couples, individuals, and families. She has worked with children (including children with severe behavioral difficulties, children with IEPs, those prenatally exposed to drugs and alcohol, those with trauma history, and foster and adopted children). She is trained in Love and Logic, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Theraplay.
Along with her husband, she has facilitated parenting seminars working alongside the local church in Sweden. She has also enjoyed the role of counselor and encourager for missionaries, pastors, and women in Indonesia, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Scandinavia.
Janice specializes in empowering women working through depression and anxiety and recognizes/ addresses the importance of spirituality in a person’s journey toward healing.
Janice is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and is currently working toward a certificate in Biblical Counseling.
Janice is also a Focus on the Family approved counselor and a member of their Christian Counselors Network.
Janice loves to cook, kayak, hike, and travel with her husband of 38 years.

Jená Farid
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-8584)
Jená holds an MA degree in Counseling Psychology, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Idaho (LMFT-8584) and California (LMFT-125510). Prior to settling in Coeur d’Alene, ID with her family of five, Jená provided psychotherapy and support services within the home, clinic and school settings throughout Los Angeles counties and the San Francisco Bay Area for over 10 years. Working in communities with high levels of trauma, she developed a diverse therapeutic skillset rooted in family-systems centered CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Play Therapy modalities.
As the spouse of a First-Responder, and a Veteran herself, she carries a true passion for establishing authentic connection, and unique insight into the specific struggles service families can face. Utilizing a holistic lens, Jená provides hope-focused treatment to women, children and adolescents healing from trauma and childhood abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, secondary-trauma, co-addictions/codependency and the burdens of toxic shame.
Jená is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Jená is also a Focus on the Family approved counselor and a member of their Christian Counselors Network.
Jená enjoys hosting, writing, creating, and adventuring with her family.

Jessica Robichaud
Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (LAMFT-8663)
Jess holds an MS degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Idaho (LAMFT-8663). Her own marriage struggles are what ignited her passion to help couples through the difficulties that marriage can bring. Jess specializes in couples therapy and family healing in areas of codependency, grief and loss, low self-worth, childhood wounds, emotional issues, trauma, sexual abuse, affair recovery, and strongholds. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and has worked with couples, individuals, teenagers, and children. Jess is a member of the AACC (The American Association for Christian Counselors) and is currently working toward a certificate in Biblical Counseling. In addition, Jess co-founded a ministry called Radiant Marriage with her husband, to challenge and encourage couples towards deep levels of intimacy with each other and the Lord.
Jess is also a Focus on the Family approved counselor and a member of their Christian Counselors Network.
Jess lives with her husband in the beautiful town of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She loves a good latte and trips to Disneyland.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
